Epoxy-Adhesive
At room temperature, Epoxy Adhesive is a fast curing two-component all-purpose adhesive which can be painted over and which creates a hard, rigid adhesive bond or seal within just a few minutes. Epoxy Adhesive is ideal for bonding metals (with the exception of aluminum), fabrics, ceramic parts, wood, glass and concrete to themselves and to each other. The Epoxy Adhesive is equally suited for sealing electronic parts and components.

Epoxy Adhesive is ideal for repairs or for bonding and insulation in car and vehicle manufacture, as well as for hobbies and in the household and garden. Replacement mixer (mixer tip with thread, part no. 6029 )
Description
Epoxy adhesive is a high-strength, dual-component universal adhesive which dries quickly at room temperature and can be used at temperature ranges up to 120 °C. It is ideally suited for bonding and repairing metal, wood, concrete, glass, ceramics, plastic and rubber – both with themselves and each other. Epoxy adhesive is also suitable for sealing electronic parts and components.

Areas of application

With Epoxy Adhesive, various material such as metals, wood, concrete, glass, ceramics, plastic and rubber can be bonded to themselves and to each other. Application
Clean and degrease the surfaces to be bonded using Liqui Moly cleaner and thinner (item no. 6130). Immediately before use, remove the cap or previously used, dried-out mixer and attach a new mixer onto the cartridge. Apply the adhesive directly to the surface to be bonded. Join the parts together and leave them to dry. The handling time is 5 minutes and the drying time between 2 and 3 hours at room temperature. After use, leave the mixer on the cartridge. Store in a cool, dry place.
Note: On smooth surfaces, the adhesive qualities are improved by roughening the bonding surface.
