LOCTITE® 403™ Instant Adhesive is a high viscosity, clear, low odor/low bloom, one part, room temperature cure, gap filling surface insensitive instant adhesive designed for OEM assembly applications with high cosmetic appearance and/or where vapor control is difficult.
